What you’d do

Lead origination, structuring, and execution of private equity and equity-linked transactions such as growth capital raises, structured equity, and PIPE financings. You’ll need

• 6+ years in Global Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Private Capital Markets, or Structured Equit
• Experience leading execution of equity, equity-linked, or private capital transactions
• Managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Full time
