• Bachelor's in clinical/medical laboratory science or medical technology, or Associate in lab science
• MT/MLS(ASCP) certification within one year of hire
• Automated and manual laboratory testing
• Quality control and quality assurance documentation
• Preventative maintenance on instrumentation
