• 10+ years product management or strategy in semiconductor/silicon IP
• Direct ownership of hardware product definition and roadmap
• Hands-on silicon product specification experience
• Knowledge of performance targets, memory architecture, packaging, process nodes
• Business case and financial modeling (BOM, ASP, margin, NPV)
