What you’d do

Help uninsured and underinsured patients apply for insurance coverage and financial assistance programs, screening them for eligibility and assisting with applications and renewals in person or by phone. • 2-3 years of customer service experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Certified Application Counselor
• Bilingual preferred
• Healthcare or human services experience preferred
