What you’d do

Manage multiple construction projects from initiation through design, permitting, construction, and financial closeout, including renovations, infrastructure work, and ground-up builds. You’ll need

• Bachelor's in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field
• 10-15 years of project management experience in design and construction
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
• Contract negotiation experience
• Ground-up construction experience
