Senior practice assistant supporting a busy infusion practice at MGH. Handles patient check-in, appointment scheduling, phone support, referral coordination, and work queue management on a Tuesday–Friday schedule of four 10-hour shifts, with up to two remote days possible. • Strong MS Office skills (advanced Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of office operations and procedures
• Phone system and routine problem-solving ability
