Supervise day-to-day blood bank testing and lab operations for a team of roughly 10 to 30 staff, planning and coordinating testing activities and promoting Lean process improvements. You’ll need

• 4 years as a medical technologist or histotechnologist
• Experience in a high complexity clinical laboratory
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment and instrumentation
• Knowledge of regulatory agency standards
