What you’d do

Lead electronics supplier industrialization for electromagnetic warfare products, from early PCBA builds through production ramp. Work with internal engineering, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing teams and directly with suppliers to qualify and implement designs for quality, efficiency, and cost. Remote. • 6+ years in supplier quality and industrialization in electronics manufacturing
• PCBA expertise: SMT, wave/selective soldering, reflow profiling
