What you’d do

Schedules patient appointments for imaging, lab, clinic, infusion, treatment and procedures, and may support front desk tasks like check-in, calls, copay collection and EMR requests. • High School Graduate or GED
• 2+ years related healthcare setting experience
• Or healthcare/contact center experience incl. 1 year UKHS patient scheduling
• Appointment scheduling and EMR/MyChart
• Front desk and call handling
