What you’d do

Manage retail development projects from inception through permit authorization and utility provisioning. Oversee entitlement processes including zoning, land use, environmental permits, and utility coordination, acting as liaison between JLL, the client, and stakeholders. Full time. • Bachelor's in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Business
• Minimum 15 years in civil engineering, architecture, or real estate development
• Retail development experience
• Entitlement and permitting expertise
