Create and maintain knowledge base articles and best practice content for Qualified University, keeping resources current for admins, partners, and customers. You’ll need

• 3-7 years of SaaS software experience
• Experience in customer success or customer education
• Customer-facing role experience
• Excellent written communication skills
• Qualified platform experience a plus
