Manages a centralized caseload of Chapter 7, 12 and 13 bankruptcy accounts, evaluating filings against legal precedents, creating Proofs of Claim, monitoring PACER for case updates, and applying borrower and trustee payments to correct balances. You’ll need

• Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-3 years banking operations or bankruptcy legal experience
• Knowledge of federal bankruptcy law and state/local jurisdiction requirements
