Postdoctoral associate performing genomics assays such as RNA-seq, CUT&RUN, ATAC-seq and single-cell RNA-seq, plus in vivo and in vitro functional studies of transcription factor regulation in developmental neurobiology. You’ll need

• Background in developmental neurobiology and/or gene regulation
• Biochemistry and molecular biology skills
• Computational analysis of sequencing data (R/Python)
• Strong publication record
• Genomics assays (RNA-seq, CUT&RUN, ATAC-seq, scRNA-seq)
