Leads marketing planning and execution for a homebuilding division, managing a marketing team and working with division leadership on strategy, budgets, and media. • 5-7 years marketing communications/planning experience
• Experience managing direct reports
• Knowledge of paid, owned and earned media
• Understanding of advertising law
• Home building or real estate experience preferred
