You’ll need

• 1+ year as a veterinary receptionist
• Veterinary practice management software (Cornerstone, Avimark, ImproMed, eVetPractice, or ezyVet) pr
• Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology
• Vaccination protocols and basic diagnostic procedures
• Multi-line phone and payment processing
