Manage incoming and outgoing calls, provide information, dispatch calls to departments or personnel, handle paging requests, assist with emergency communications, and ensure timely information delivery. You’ll need

• 0-2 years customer service or healthcare experience
• 1-2 years switchboard experience preferred
• Proficient with switchboard or telecom equipment
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage high call volumes calmly
