Reviews patient records concurrently and retrospectively to improve clinical documentation, educates providers on documentation specificity and compliance, and may query physicians. You’ll need

• Six years of experience as a nurse in a hospital environment
• RN license
• Knowledge of ICD-10 and CMS billing guidelines
• Clinical documentation improvement experience
