Attorney role supporting PNC's bank-affiliated registered investment advisory businesses, including advisers to private funds and private credit strategies. Focuses on matters under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and, as applicable, the Investment Company Act of 1940. You’ll need

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admission in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 3–8 years legal experience in law firm, financial institution, RIA, asset manager, investment compan
• Investment Advisers Act of 1940 experience
