Inpatient Pharmacist

Review and assess medication orders to prevent drug problems, compound and dispense medications, provide drug information and patient counseling, and communicate with medical staff. • Pharmacist credentialed from Indiana Board Of Pharmacy within 90 days
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy
• PGY1 and/or Hospital experience
• Part-time schedule
