You’ll need

• Experience leading global hardware engineering teams
• Test hardware supplier relationships (probe card, loadboard, socket)
• PCB, MLO and probe head manufacturability knowledge
• Thermal and mechanical design for complex packages
• Semiconductor test engineering strategy experience
