• Bachelor's in civil engineering, construction management, or related
• 5+ years in civil construction, site infrastructure, concrete, structural steel, or QA/QC
• Knowledge of ACI, ASTM, AASHTO, AWS, and DOT standards
• Experience inspecting earthwork, concrete, steel, paving, and utilities
• Field and laboratory testing verification
