What you’d do

Sources debt and equity financing, including permanent, bridge, and construction loans, from banks, CMBS lenders, insurers, private equity, and credit unions. You’ll need

• 3+ years capital markets experience
• Experience at brokerage, investment bank, or principal
• Ability to transfer key relationships
