You’ll need

• Bachelor's in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related
• 3+ years in talent analytics, people analytics, or executive assessment
• Experience applying AI methods to business problems
• Data cleaning and validation skills
• Strong analytical and communication skills
