Supervise and coordinate maintenance and operation of buildings and grounds at the Central Utility Plant. You’ll need

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of electrical secondary systems, plumbing, fire system devices, air systems, HVAC
• Ability to plan and delegate work to technicians
• Experience with maintenance and repair of utility systems
