What you’d do

Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and generators. You’ll need

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year facilities, property management, or engineering support experience
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire/life safety systems
• CMMS work order management
• OSHA safety standards
