• 4+ years as a Service Technician or Diagnosis Technician
• ASE Certifications (A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, L3, L4-ADAS)
• Experience diagnosing/repairing HV and LV systems and EV powertrains
• Experience in luxury automobile repair environments
