What you’d do

Lead and support continuous improvement work on the production floor using Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S. You’ll need

• Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing experience
• 5S implementation and audits
• Value stream mapping
• Advanced Excel / Microsoft Office
• Cross-functional communication skills
