What you’d do

Define test strategies and design ATE hardware boards for product testing. Generate and execute test plans on ATE platforms, analyze silicon results, debug issues, and collaborate with teams to release test solutions for volume production. You’ll need

• Bachelor's in Electrical or Computer Engineering
• 3+ years as Test Engineer with ATE experience
• Experience with J750HD, Teradyne Eagle or equivalent ATE
• Prior board design experience, preferably ATE boards
• Strong knowledge of electronic devices and circuits
