You’ll need
- 2-5 years hands-on commercial HVAC experience
- Experience with chillers, boilers, cooling towers, VAV systems
- Local 99-99A AFL-CIO member or eligible within 90 days
- Building automation systems (BAS) experience
- Preventive maintenance and diagnostic troubleshooting skills
