• Bachelor's with 3 yrs compensation experience, or Associate's with 5, or HS diploma with 7
• 1+ years executive compensation consulting company experience
• Executive or broad-based compensation experience
• Research of proxy, 10-K, 8-K disclosures
• Global compensation planning (merit, bonus, equity)
