You’ll need

• Degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related discipline, or relevant wor
• 2+ years as engineer, project engineer, or similar construction role
• Submittal preparation and plan/spec compliance
• Scope take-offs and cost estimating
• Change order and subcontractor price negotiation
