Answers calls and emails from dealer technicians to troubleshoot complex generator and engine issues, documents product failures, and mentors junior support staff. • Associate's in automotive or diesel technology or equivalent
• 7 years related technical experience
• Experience with automotive repair, diesel or gaseous engines, or generators
• Mechanical and electrical (AC/DC) fundamentals
• On-site troubleshooting and repair as required
