What you’d do

Originate and place commercial real estate debt, sourcing and structuring financing for stabilized, transitional, construction, bridge and permanent deals. The role covers borrower intake, underwriting review, lender outreach, term sheet negotiation and closing, plus managing a personal production pipeline in the CRM.
