What you’d do

Support the Utilization Review Nursing department systemwide with clerical and non-clinical tasks, including payer authorization processes, data entry, correspondence, scheduling, multi-line phones, scanning, and non-clinical EPIC documentation. You’ll need

• Minimum 3 years experience working with customers/clients
• Strong clerical background
• Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office products
• Hospital and/or medical front/back office background preferred
