Leads capital construction projects of varying size, plus FF&E retrofits, staff relocations and IT support projects. • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent construction supervision experience
• Experience leading capital construction projects
• Budget and contract management
• Bid solicitation and contract negotiation
• PMP certification recommended
