What you’d do

Supports the Real Time Payments and Wire Transfer Services team by processing, investigating, and scheduling domestic and international payments on the Dovetail Payments Platform. Handles first-level escalations, researches wire requests, and communicates transaction status with internal partners and external clients. Full time.
