Design and maintain scalable mechanisms to document, categorize, and track carrier feedback from intake through resolution. Build intake workflows, establish SLAs and escalation paths, create reporting cadences, and develop dashboards that give leadership visibility into the carrier feedback pipeline. Full-time.
