What you’d do

Design and develop calibration algorithms for phased array antenna systems, including element-level amplitude and phase correction, and run over-the-air validation of beam patterns, EIRP, EVM, and sensitivity. Also support factory production calibration and test processes and debug performance issues with cross-functional teams. Full-time in Redmond, Washington.
