Provide post-sale technical and customer support for air cooled chillers and split systems, handling field inquiries, startup support, warranty investigations, and documentation of product concerns. • High school diploma or GED
• 7+ years with air cooled chillers and split systems
• HVAC/refrigeration systems experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams
