Plan and schedule facilities maintenance work orders for the South Campus Zone 4, allocating materials, tools, and resources, and coordinating equipment outages with clients. You’ll need

• High school graduation or GED
• 7-9 years of facilities maintenance experience
• Experience maintaining building structures and HVAC equipment
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication skills
