• Bachelor's in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
• Experience with test plan development and test bench infrastructure
• Root cause analysis methods (5 Whys, Fishbone, 8D)
• Lean manufacturing tools (Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S)
