What you’d do

Own the internal communications strategy and editorial calendar, write leadership messages and company updates, and produce all-hands meetings and leadership forums. You’ll need

• Bachelor's in communications, journalism, English, marketing, PR, or related
• 5+ years in internal, employee, or corporate communications
• Experience in high-growth tech, aerospace, or defense preferred
• Writing leadership messages and talking points
