Assistant Nurse Manager RN Inpatient Trauma

What you’d do

Supervise and support nursing staff on an inpatient trauma unit, handling staffing, scheduling, patient throughput, and quality and safety initiatives while collaborating with patients, families, and physicians. You’ll need

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• 2–3 years acute care nursing experience
• Active RN license, Connecticut or multistate
