• 4+ years as Service or Diagnosis Technician
• ASE Certifications A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, L3, L4-ADAS
• Experience with High Voltage and Low Voltage EV systems
• Experience in luxury automobile repair
• Customer service and parts management skills
