You’ll need

• Undergraduate degree in mechanical, electrical or fire protection/life safety engineering, construct
• 10+ years' experience in construction and managing MEP trades
• Experience with a general contractor preferred
• MEP trade 3D coordination and submittal management
• Knowledge of MCA labor rates and NECA factors
