Operating Engineer

What you’d do

Perform building maintenance and repairs including painting, pressure washing, lighting, plumbing, HVAC, water treatment, and locksmith work. Maintain the CMMS work order system, complete preventive maintenance and inspections, troubleshoot electrical and DDC/pneumatic controls, and respond to on-call or emergency situations. Full time. You’ll need

• 3+ years related work experience
• Experience in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry
• Universal CFC EPA certification or willingness to obtain within first year
• Troubleshooting building systems including electrical and DDC/pneumatic controls
• On-call or emergency response availability
