What you’d do

Provide operational support for identity lifecycle and access management across Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, ServiceNow, Workday, and Microsoft 365. You’ll need

• 1+ years IT Support, Service Desk, IAM, or related experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
• Understanding of provisioning, RBAC, authentication, and MFA
