What you’d do

You’ll need

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Chemistry or related field
• 5+ years experience in semiconductor photolithography or RET development
• Expertise in lithography and RET for 45 nm, 28 nm, 22 nm or 20 nm nodes
• Skill in writing, debugging and validating RET recipes
