Manufacturing Quality Manager

What you’d do

Lead the Manufacturing Quality team, including quality engineers and in-process and final inspectors, overseeing in-process quality, final inspection, and product release. Work with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Supplier Quality to establish process controls, drive root cause and corrective action, and reduce production risk. You’ll need

• Experience in aerospace, defense, robotics, automotive, or regulated hardware manufacturing
• Experience supporting low-volume/high-mix manufacturing to higher-rate production
• Experience developing or scaling a quality organization
• Leadership of quality engineers and inspectors
