What you’d do
Manage medication therapy for pediatric patients with chronic conditions in an ambulatory endocrinology clinic, working with providers and clinic staff to plan and optimize pharmaceutical care. You’ll need
- Graduate of ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy
- Texas Pharmacist License or eligible for Texas licensure
- Pharmacist and pharmacy preceptor licensure within 90 days
